Job summary

Tribal Group is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver implementation and post-implementation consultancy for the Admissions module of the SITS platform. The role is remote with travel as required, supporting higher education clients in adopting Tribal solutions and optimising their student admissions processes.

You will work with universities to specify requirements, configure solutions, train users and provide ongoing advisory support, while staying current with Tribal products

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate strong stakeholder management and customer engagement.
• Experience in Admissions processes within higher education is highly desirable.
• Ability to document specifications, reports and training materials clearly.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.
• Experience with remote and on-site consultancy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consultancy across full implementation lifecycle and post-implementation support.
• Act as subject matter expert for Admissions.
• Gather and analyse customer requirements; design fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Configure, demonstrate, test and support Admissions functionality.
• Facilitate workshops, training and stakeholder engagement.
• Produce high-quality project documentation and training materials.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide trusted advisory support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of Tribal products, sector trends and best practices.
• Support business development, knowledge sharing and mentoring.
