Job summary

The Candidate Recruitment Agency is seeking a CRO Manager to lead and develop its expanding Conversion Rate Optimisation function across multiple lead generation journeys in the UK and international markets.

This hands-on leadership role demands a strong technical background and proven ability to drive measurable commercial improvements through experimentation. You will own the CRO roadmap and mentor a growing team in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRO experience in a high-volume lead generation/performance marketing environment.
• Hands-on experience building and managing A/B testing programmes using experimentation platforms such as Convert or similar.
• Excellent understanding of experimentation methodology, statistical significance and conversion analysis.
• Experience using behavioural analytics tools to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Commercially minded and analytical with focus on measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CRO roadmap across multiple lead generation websites and journeys.
• Analyse user behaviour, experiment results and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, compliance and creative teams to deliver high-impact tests.
• Use analytics tools and data insights to improve customer journeys and testing processes.
• Prioritise experiments based on impact and revenue potential while maintaining velocity.
• Mentor others and develop best practices for the CRO function.
