Job summary

Harnham is seeking a CRO Manager to own conversion rate optimisation across multiple brands in a hybrid Cheshire office. You’ll build the function from the ground up, shape experimentation strategy, and mentor a growing team as the business scales.

You’ll design and analyse A/B and multivariate tests, establish frameworks, prioritise opportunities from customer journeys, and partner with Product, Marketing and Development to drive measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on test build/development experience
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies
• Experience with high-traffic websites
• Understanding of customer journey optimisation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercial mindset focused on measurable outcomes
• Experience in lead generation or performance marketing advantageous
• Previous mentoring or management experience beneficial

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO roadmap across multiple brands
• Design, implement and analyse A/B and multivariate tests
• Build experimentation frameworks and best practice
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and conversion performance
• Partner with Product, Marketing, PPC and Development teams
• Use customer behaviour data to prioritise optimisation opportunities
• Measure commercial impact and present recommendations to stakeholders
• Help establish a long-term experimentation culture across the business
