Job summary

Releaf Dispensary Ltd is seeking a data-driven CRM & Lifecycle Lead for a remote-first role with occasional in-person meetings in the UK. You will rewrite content across email and SMS, consolidate our platform setup, and own the patient lifecycle from first touch through retention.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention in healthcare or healthtech, strong copy design skills, and experience with Klaviyo and SMS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing.
• Strong writer and designer who can rebuild copy/content/design.
• Experience leading a platform migration and working with developers.
• Experience with Klaviyo and SMS.
• Healthcare/healthtech compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit content across email and SMS to ensure on-brand, clear patient comms.
• Redesign and build on-brand emails.
• Lead migration to consolidate CRM platforms in collaboration with developers.
• Own patient lifecycle from onboarding through reorder and retention.
• Build and manage flows and campaigns in Klaviyo and SMS platforms.
• Test, measure and report on performance and next steps.
• Maintain deliverability and data hygiene.
