The ideal candidate has 2+ years in email production for B2C, strong communication skills, and experience with Braze or similar platforms. This is a remote UK role with occasional travel to offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of email production experience in a corporate setting, with strong B2C focus.
• Experience working in a CRM role in a high-energy online environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce email campaigns, app push notifications, and site banners/interstitials.
• Work within marketing automation platforms to create audiences, campaign logic, and templates per specifications.
• Assist with translation requests and QA to catch bugs before release.
• Support ad-hoc projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
