Shaw Industries Ltd is seeking a Credit Control professional who will manage customer payments and credit terms within our FSSC. You will issue statements, monitor overdue balances, and release orders based on credit risk.

Based in the United Kingdom and home-based, you will report to the FSSC manager and collaborate with sales, customers, and finance to ensure accurate reconciliations and timely cash collection.

Aufgaben

• Credit Control duties and reporting.
• Issuing customer statements as part of reporting.
• Releasing orders based on credit limits and overdue balances.
• Calling customers and chasing payment.
• Undertaking all the dunning duties.
• Reconciling and investigating customer statements; liaising with bank accounting on allocations.
• Processing approved cases and issuing credit notes in Netsuite.
• Managing open orders to ensure credit limits or avoid overdue invoices.
• Reviewing credit limits and payment terms based on experience and data.
