Safeguard Global is seeking a detail‑oriented Credit Controller to manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and resolving payment delays across our global client base. You will proactively contact customers on overdue balances and maintain accurate records of communications and promised payments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Proactively contact customers regarding overdue balances and follow up on payment commitments.
• Investigate payment delays, identify discrepancies, and resolve account‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and promised payment dates.
• Monitor account statuses and schedule follow-ups to minimise overdue debts.
• Apply established credit control procedures while balancing customer relationships with collection targets.
