• Experience managing corporate partnerships and retaining relationships.
• Experience growing income from corporate charity relationships.
• Strong relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience developing partnership plans, proposals and pitches.
• Budgeting, forecasting income and using CRM systems.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Sound judgement around ethical partnerships and reputational risk.
• Commitment to climate, nature and rainforest communities.
• Right to work in the UK; willingness for occasional UK travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of corporate partners.
• Develop account plans and lead renewal, negotiation and growth conversations.
• Manage income and expenditure budgets, forecast income and maintain CRM records.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and align with partners' objectives.
• Coordinate employee engagement, fundraising activities, communications and impact reporting.
• Assess ethical fit and reputational risks across partnerships.
• Line manage and develop a Partnerships Officer/Executive.
• Work with fundraising, programmes and communications to deliver partnerships.
