Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate partnerships and retaining relationships.
• Proven ability to grow income and renewals in a portfolio.
• Experience with corporate charity relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of corporate partners.
• Developing account plans and leading renewal, negotiation and growth conversations.
• Managing income and expenditure budgets, forecasting income and maintaining CRM records.
• Building relationships with senior decision-makers and understanding partners’ commercial and social objectives.
• Coordinating employee engagement, fundraising activities, communications and impact reporting.
• Assessing ethical fit and reputational risks across partnerships.
• Line managing and developing a Partnerships Officer/Executive.
• Working with colleagues across fundraising, programmes and communications to deliver successful partnerships.
