Job summary

Lion Landscapes is seeking a part-time Corporate Partnerships Lead to drive the organisation’s corporate funding. You will cultivate senior company relationships, identify UK and US opportunities, and craft multi-year partnership proposals, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

The role requires a proven track record of six- to seven-figure partnerships, strong financial literacy, and expertise in ESG/CSR trends. It is remote with regular travel across the UK and US.

Qualifications

• 7 years experience in large-scale corporate strategy and/or business development.
• Proven track record of securing six- and seven-figure corporate partnerships in the UK and US.
• Experience leading complex funding pitches and negotiations.
• Strong financial literacy to evaluate donor proposals.
• Understanding of ESG, CSR, sustainability trends.
• Exceptional presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior corporate decision-makers.
• Understanding conservation issues relevant to Lion Landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Review market position for donor engagement and funding sources.
• Develop and implement corporate new business strategy for UK and US.
• Research, identify, and qualify prospective corporate partners.
• Drive corporate income growth to multi-year targets.
• Lead development of multi-year partnership proposals and pitch decks.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and secure renewals and uplifts.
• Represent the organisation at meetings, events and networking opportunities.
• Work with leadership to support cultivation and solicitation activity.
