Job summary

Rubric Law is seeking a Corporate Solicitor for a full-time remote role, handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters for businesses. You will work on share and asset disposals, acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and bank funding, while delivering tailored legal solutions and fostering client relationships.

Ideal candidates hold an LLB and Solicitor qualification with at least 2 years PQE in corporate law, and can operate independently in a remote setting while maintaining

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in corporate law, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
• Proficiency in Commercial Real Estate and Conveyancing, including property transactions, leases, and developments.
• Experience in Labor and Employment Law, particularly in drafting employment contracts and providing litigation support.
• Familiarity with Family Law and its implications for corporate and business scenarios is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for corporate and commercial transactions.
• Conducting due diligence and advising on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate matters.
• Support regulatory compliance and provide tailored legal solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Build relationships with clients and introducers, delivering clear, practical legal advice.
