Job summary

Rubric Law is seeking a Corporate M&A Solicitor for a full‑time remote role. You will advise businesses on mergers, acquisitions, and commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, due diligence, and regulatory guidance.

The role requires 2+ years PQE, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Solicitor qualification, with expertise across corporate law, real estate, employment, and related areas. You will build client relationships and work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in corporate law, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Conveyancing, including property transactions, leases, and developments.
• Experience in Labor and Employment Law, particularly in drafting employment contracts and providing litigation support.
• Familiarity with Family Law and its implications for corporate and business scenarios is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to provide tailored legal advice.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a remote professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to corporate and commercial transactions.
• Conducting due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
• Advising on corporate and commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Supporting clients with tailored legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
