Job summary

Rubric Law is a modern corporate law firm providing expert advice across mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial matters on a fully remote basis. The Corporate Solicitor will manage a broad caseload, including share disposals, shareholder agreements, and bank funding, with an emphasis on client relationships and delivering practical solutions.

The role requires a strong background in corporate law, LLB and solicitor qualification, and at least 2 years PQE.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in corporate law including M&A.
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Conveyancing.
• Experience in Labour and Employment Law and drafting employment contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and advise on corporate and commercial transactions.
• Support regulatory compliance and bespoke legal solutions for clients.
• Build relationships with clients and introducers while delivering clear advice.
