Job summary

Rubric Law is seeking a Corporate M&A Solicitor for a full-time remote role based in the UK. You will advise on share and asset disposals, acquisitions, shareholder agreements and bank funding, handling a broad caseload with a focus on clear, practical advice.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years PQE in corporate law, hold LLB and Solicitor status, and possess strong drafting, negotiating and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate law, including M&A.
• Experience in commercial real estate and conveyancing.
• Experience in labor and employment law and drafting employment contracts.
• Familiarity with family law and its implications for corporate scenarios is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
• Handle broad caseload including share and asset disposals, acquisitions, and bank funding.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and shareholder agreements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and tailored solutions for clients.
