Job summary

Rubric Law is seeking a Corporate M&A Solicitor for a full-time remote role. The solicitor will provide expert legal advice on share and asset disposals, acquisitions, and commercial contracts for businesses across industries, delivering pragmatic solutions.

The ideal candidate holds an LLB and Solicitor qualification with at least 2 years PQE in corporate law, and can work independently from a remote setting while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Two years post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Experience in M&A and share/asset disposals.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, including share/asset dispositions and commercial agreements.
• Conduct due diligence on corporate transactions and advise on regulatory compliance.
• Support clients with corporate and commercial transactions and tailor solutions to business objectives.
• Build relationships with clients and introducers and deliver clear, practical legal guidance.
