Rubric Law in the United Kingdom is seeking a Corporate M&A Solicitor to handle a broad caseload including share and asset disposals, acquisitions, and shareholder agreements. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, perform due diligence, and advise on corporate and commercial transactions. A strong background in M&A and related fields is essential, with at least 2 years PQE, and readiness for remote, client-focused work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• LLB and Solicitor qualification required.
• Strong client-facing and advisory skills for corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and corporate contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and advise on corporate transactions.
• Support regulatory compliance and governance matters for clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and introducers.
• Work autonomously in a remote setup while delivering excellent service.
