Job summary

Rubric Law is a modern, client-focused corporate law firm based in the United Kingdom. This full-time remote Corporate Solicitor role covers mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and share negotiations, with a broad caseload.

You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, conduct due diligence, and advise on corporate transactions. Candidates should have a minimum of two years post-qualification experience, a Bachelor of Laws and solicitor qualification, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in corporate law.
• Experience in M&A, share and asset disposals, and commercial contracts.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills; ability to work remotely.
• Bachelor of Laws and solicitor status required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to corporate and commercial transactions.
• Perform due diligence on deals and advise on regulatory matters.
• Build relationships with clients and introducers; deliver clear advice.
• Support bank funding, share/disposals, and shareholder agreements.
