Job summary

Rubric Law, a modern corporate law firm, is seeking a Corporate M&A Solicitor for a full-time remote role in the United Kingdom. You will handle share and asset disposals and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts while delivering clear, practical advice to clients and introducers.

We expect a minimum of two years PQE in corporate law, a Solicitor qualification, and strong drafting and due diligence skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• LLB degree and Solicitor qualification required.
• Experience in M&A and share/asset transactions.
• Ability to work remotely and manage client relationships.
• Strong drafting and due diligence skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts.
• Conduct due diligence on mergers and acquisitions.
• Advise on corporate and commercial transactions.
• Support regulatory compliance and client advisory.
• Build relationships with clients and introducers.
