Job summary

Rubric Law is a modern, client-focused corporate law firm offering services across mergers and acquisitions, corporate, commercial, property and employment law. This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Solicitor handling share and asset disposals, acquisitions, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, perform due diligence, and advise on corporate transactions while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge in corporate law, including M&A.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Employment Law.
• Strong communication and client management skills; remote work capable.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts related to corporate and commercial matters.
• Conduct due diligence and advise on corporate transactions.
• Support regulatory compliance and tailor legal solutions to client objectives.
• Build relationships with clients and introducers, delivering clear advice.
