You will manage catering logistics for meetings, events, and daily office needs from your home office, coordinating orders, deliveries, and setups while ensuring high service standards.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering coordination, event planning, or hospitality management for corporate clients.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at professional remote interactions.
• Proficiency in using online collaboration tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• A strong understanding of food safety and handling protocols is beneficial.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients regarding their catering needs.
• Coordinate the selection and ordering of menus from a curated list of partner caterers, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are met.
• Manage delivery logistics, including scheduling, confirming delivery windows, and coordinating with caterers and client contacts.
• Ensure timely and accurate setup of catering orders at client locations or for virtual events.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders or deliveries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of client orders, preferences, and feedback using designated software.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, aiming for repeat business and exceptional satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the client experience.
• Stay informed about corporate event trends and catering best practices.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
