You will assess liability, negotiate settlements, guide stakeholders through the claims journey, and mentor junior colleagues while helping drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high value local authority EL and public liability claims.
• Strong negotiation and liability assessment skills.
• Solid understanding of insurance principles and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse EL/PL portfolio and assess liability and quantum.
• Negotiate fair settlements with insured, brokers, and clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and claimants.
• Provide guidance through the claims process and mentor junior team members.
