You will assess liability, negotiate settlements, mentor junior colleagues, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling high value local authority EL and PL claims.
• Solid understanding of insurance principles and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of a diverse portfolio of local authority public and employer liability claims.
• Assess liability, evaluate claims, and negotiate fair settlements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, suppliers, insurers and claimants.
• Offer guidance and expert advice to clients at all stages of the claims process.
• Inspire and mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.
