Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a results-oriented Claims Adjuster to manage auto liability and complex bodily injury claims. You will analyze claims, coordinate with clients, and ensure resolution in line with policies and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of claims experience, appropriate state licenses, and a strong understanding of industry standards. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. This role supports remote work with a nationwide scope.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
