Job summary

Gallagher is hiring a Casualty Claims Adjuster to manage EL and PL claims, with option to work remotely or from the Tamworth office. You will assess liability, negotiate settlements, and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of a diverse portfolio of EL and PL claims, including property damage and personal injury.
• Assess liability, evaluate claims, and negotiate fair settlements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, suppliers and claimants for a seamless experience.
• Provide trusted guidance and expert advice to clients at all stages of the claims process.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements for efficiency.
