Cavendish Maine is seeking a remote-based Commercial Account Handler to support Account Executives in managing client portfolios, renewals and new business opportunities. The role offers remote work with occasional office visits, a market-leading benefits package, and clear progression toward CII qualifications.

You will handle diverse commercial clients, ensuring accurate documentation and high-quality service, while building strong client relationships across sizes and industries.

Qualifications

• Must have previous account handling experience in a commercial insurance environment.
• Good communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Experience working with Acturis.
• Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly.
• Influencing and negotiation skills.
• Eagerness to progress with CII qualifications would be supported.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality and efficient service to clients.
• Work closely with Account Executives to provide a comprehensive insurance service to existing and some new customers.
• Handle clients of varying sizes from small to large corporate risks.
• Ensure documentation for placing, amending or renewing insurance programmes is complete and accurate.
