Cavendish Maine is seeking a driven Hybrid Commercial Account Handler to support new business and renewals. You will work closely with Account Executives, manage client portfolios, and ensure timely, accurate documentation for insurance programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance account handling and knowledge of insurance products.
• Strong communication, relationship building and client service skills.
• Familiarity with Acturis is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and renewals efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality and efficient service to clients.
• Work closely with Account Executives to provide a comprehensive insurance service.
• Handle clients ranging from small to large corporate risks.
• Ensure documentation for placing, amending or renewing is accurate and timely.
• Contribute to maintaining a professional company image and client satisfaction.
