Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Revenue Performance Manager, you’ll drive revenue across a portfolio of hotels through pricing, forecasting and distribution strategies.

You’ll analyse performance, optimise RevPAR and market share, partner with General Managers and Sales, Marketing and hotel teams, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management across a multi-property portfolio.
• Strong commercial acumen with forecasting, pricing and demand management.
• Analytical with ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Confident in influencing stakeholders and building collaborative relationships.
• Hands-on experience with revenue management systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Maximise RevPAR, market share and profitability across the hotel portfolio through pricing, forecasting and distribution strategies.
• Develop commercially sound pricing and sales strategies through analysis, reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and hotel teams to deliver integrated commercial strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with General Managers and key stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.
• Optimise market segmentation and distribution to unlock new revenue opportunities and meet targets.
• Take ownership of the portfolio and adapt strategies to market conditions and competitor activity.
