You will work with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams to implement pricing and yield strategies and communicate insights to senior stakeholders. A data-driven mindset and hospitality RM experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality revenue management.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through pricing, forecasting and yield strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics, competitor positioning and hospitality trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRS, PMS and revenue management systems.

Aufgaben

• Analyse booking pace, performance, competitors and market trends.
• Develop pricing, yield and inventory strategies to maximise profitability.
• Forecast demand and provide commercial recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify untapped revenue opportunities across the portfolio.
• Lead revenue meetings and influence business decisions with insights.
• Ensure rates and inventory are loaded and maintained across CRS/PMS.
• Collaborate with central teams to improve commercial performance.
