The Sirius Hotel Group is seeking an enthusiastic Cluster Revenue Manager to join our growing team, creating personalised experiences to mirror our guests’ onsite experience. The role covers pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across our hotel portfolio in the UK.

With 3+ years in hotel revenue management, you will analyse data, forecast demand, and guide commercial decisions. Strong Excel and industry tools experience are essential, alongside proactive communication and leadership

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in hotel revenue management.
• Strong analytical, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Experience with RMS, PMS, Channel Managers, Booking Engines and OTA platforms.

Aufgaben

• Creating and implementing pricing, inventory and distribution strategies.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and booking pace to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Producing insightful forecasts, reports and performance analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Managing OTA, direct and third-party distribution channels to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Leading weekly commercial strategy discussions and presenting revenue performance to stakeholders.
• Optimising PMS, RMS and booking systems to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence.
• Supporting hotel teams with revenue best practice, training and performance insights.
