Job summary

Virtuozzo is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the technical side of the sales process for the UK market. This hands‑on role partners with the Territory Manager to uncover customer requirements, design cloud infrastructure solutions, and demonstrate value through demos and trials.

You will engage with customers and partners at multiple levels, translating business needs into credible architecture while addressing deployment, security, scalability, and integration considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering or pre‑sales for complex B2B software or infrastructure.
• Ability to translate customer needs into credible, scalable technical solutions.
• Strong presentation, consultation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to develop account strategies and remove blockers.
• Lead technical discovery to map customer infrastructure, workloads, and priorities.
• Design and present solution architectures based on Virtuozzo cloud infrastructure.
• Deliver demos, workshops, trials, and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
• Explain operational and commercial value of proposed solutions to executives.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs with clear articulation of capabilities.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services for alignment.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product positioning and roadmap.
