Job summary

Virtuozzo, a leader in cloud infrastructure software, seeks a Solutions Architect to drive the technical side of the sales process. You will work closely with the Territory Manager, engaging with prospects, customers, and partners from discovery through validation and close.

This hands‑on role requires deep infrastructure knowledge, strong commercial sense, and the ability to articulate technical solutions in business terms. Remote UK work and international collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales engineering, pre‑sales consulting, solution architecture, or a comparable customer‑facing technical role.
• Experience supporting complex B2B software or infrastructure sales cycles.
• Solid knowledge of virtualization, cloud infrastructure, storage, networking, Linux, or related infrastructure technologies.
• A strong understanding of modern infrastructure architectures, deployment models, configuration, integration, and performance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects, customers, and partners throughout the sales cycle.
• Partner with the Territory Manager to develop account strategies and remove technical barriers to purchase.
• Lead technical discovery to understand each customer’s infrastructure and decision criteria.
• Design and present solution architectures based on Virtuozzo’s cloud infrastructure platform.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical solutions and explain their value.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, trials, and proofs‑of‑concept.
