Job summary
Virtuozzo is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical side of the sales cycle for UK-based customers. This remote, independent contractor role requires strong cloud infrastructure expertise with virtualization, Kubernetes, and storage.
You will be the technical counterpart to the Territory Manager, delivering architectures, demonstrations, and PoCs, while engaging with engineers and business leaders to translate requirements into viable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales engineering or pre-sales for software or infra.
- Ability to translate into credible technical solutions for buyers.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and networks.
- Experience communicating with both technical teams and executives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Territory Manager to craft account strategies.
- Lead technical discovery of customer infra, workloads, and priorities.
- Design architectures using Virtuozzo cloud platform.
- Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and PoCs.
- Explain tech options in clear commercial terms.
