Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to join the Customer Success team. You will lead end-to-end implementations of Elsevier’s Clinical Solutions, including technical integrations, training, and adoption activities.

You will coordinate multi-stakeholder projects, travel up to 20% to customer sites, and partner with Product, Technology, and SME teams to ensure successful go-live and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Clinical background with patient care or hospital experience.
• 5+ years in implementation, EHR integration or SaaS support.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to go-live.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Elsevier’s Clinical Solutions products from kickoff to go-live.
• Establish and manage project plans, milestones, and timelines across multiple initiatives.
• Provide training and consultative support to maximise adoption and value.
• Proactively manage client expectations and communicate risks and resolutions.
