Job summary

TAIT seeks a Support Manager to provide courteous, professional service and responsive support to a diverse client base. You will coordinate with multiple departments to craft solutions, arrange site inspections, manage parts and support agreements, and drive client satisfaction.

Role involves significant client contact, site visits, and collaboration with technical integration and project teams to exceed client expectations while adhering to TAIT policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer support or management role.
• Experience planning projects with complex logistics and hard deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and common CRM/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and advocate for the customer and TAIT.
• Provide feedback from customers on product quality and features.
• Follow TAIT QHSE and global Service & Support policies and procedures.
• Manage and exceed client expectations to agree on scope, schedule, and contract.
• Ensure timely, professional information for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with site and project teams to deliver profitable, professional outcomes.
