Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to nurture strong client relationships and oversee the delivery of our occupational health services across a UK portfolio.

You will be the main point of contact, driving growth through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring SLA compliance and excellent service delivery. Remote working from the UK is supported, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven relationship management experience with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and diary management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to challenge non-compliant requests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture trusted relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders across industries.
• Identify client needs and growth opportunities; drive up-selling and cross-selling.
• Monitor SLAs and resolve issues promptly to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage contract renewals and pricing updates with a win-win approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations at every step.
