Job summary

Alexander Lloyd, on behalf of a leading employee benefits consultancy, is seeking a Client Service Specialist for the Healthcare Client Services team. The role can be fully remote with optional monthly office visits to London or Manchester, or a hybrid setup, offering flexibility for varied schedules.

You will support Consultants, Seniors and Principals with administration for PMI, travel, dental and EAP schemes, handle client queries, and ensure renewals are processed promptly while building

Qualifications

• Must have prior healthcare administration experience within the employee benefits space.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Consultants, Seniors & Principals with their administration work for their PMI, travel, dental and EAP employee benefit schemes.
• Efficiently deal with client queries.
• Ensure that all healthcare scheme renewals are processed within a timely manner.
• Build strong relationships with insurers & clients.
• Must have prior healthcare administration experience within the employee benefits space.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients.
