Job summary

Health Partners is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor (Remote Case Manager) to support a UK-wide workforce from home. You will manage diverse cases with guidance from clinical trainers and your line manager, delivering high-quality occupational health advice and case management.

The role requires NMC Part 1 registration and a postgraduate OH qualification, with opportunities for further OH study and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• NMC Part 1 registration and a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree/Diploma).
• Experience in case management and occupational health advice, with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Desirable: postgraduate OH qualification on Part 3 of the NMC register, MSc in OH, or RN/RMN dual registration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of cases remotely from home.
• Provide occupational health advice and case management support.
• Collaborate with clinicians and line manager to support employee health and wellbeing.
