Health Partners is recruiting an Occupational Health Advisor (Remote Case Manager) to support clients from home across the UK. You will manage a diverse caseload, provide occupational health advice, and work both independently and as part of a team, with clinical trainers and a supportive line manager guiding your development.

The ideal candidate holds NMC Part 1 registration and a postgraduate OH qualification, with strong IT skills, data protection awareness, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• NMC Part 1 registration is required.
• Postgraduate OH qualification (Degree/Diploma) is required or highly desirable.
• Strong IT literacy and data protection understanding are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a remote caseload of occupational health cases.
• Provide high-quality OH advice and case management.
• Work independently and as part of a team, with supervision from clinical trainers and line manager.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and OH legislation.
