Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication within Assetara workspace.
• Concierge Support: Conduct client calls, review portfolio context, and assist navigation with compliance in mind.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, ensure SLA adherence, and initiate proactive outreach when needed.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate, timely client notes in the system with data minimization.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags and escalate issues per company compliance rules.
