• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA compliance, and conduct proactive outreach to clients.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the system, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify and elevate red flags or compliance-boundary issues per rules.
