Responsibilities

• Provide professional client communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver concierge support: client calls, review portfolio context, and assist with platform navigation.
• Manage queues and SLAs; proactive authorized client outreach.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without exposing personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags or compliance issues per rules.
