Responsibilities include handling client calls, reviewing portfolio context when needed, managing CRM notes, and escalating issues to uphold security and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Experience handling client communications within secure, compliant platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and maintaining client notes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm client communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver concierge-style support including scheduled client calls and platform navigation assistance.
• Manage queues and SLAs, and perform proactive client outreach within compliance rules.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM and escalate issues per policy.
