Job summary

FAI Farms seeks a Client Account Manager to join our Consultancy Team. You will be the trusted partner to a portfolio of clients—helping them understand challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver evidence-led solutions that drive sustainability across farmed animal supply chains.

This client-facing, delivery-focused role works with strategists, scientists, analysts, and supply chain experts. Remote-friendly with international colleagues and strong project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in food supply chains or livestock/agriculture sectors.
• Strong project management skills including planning, delivery, budgeting and evaluation.
• Client-facing experience with proven relationship-building ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounts, delivering sustainability programmes and measurable outcomes.
• Provide consultancy input with reports, statements, and presentations; support data systems and tools.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to proposals alongside Sales and Consultancy teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategists, scientists, and analysts.
