Futures is partnering with a high-growth ecommerce business to appoint a Chief Growth Officer who will own the growth strategy, partnerships and revenue expansion across the UK. The role is remote with regular travel UK-wide and reports to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years exp in a senior commercial, business development or growth-focused role within an FMCG/ecommerce business.
• A strong background within FMCG, retail, ecommerce, marketplaces or a related industry.
• A proven track record of securing high-value contracts and developing relationships with major consumer brands.
• An established network of senior commercial and ecommerce contacts across UK and European FMCG and retail businesses.
• A strong understanding of ecommerce, online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer business models.
• Experience managing complex commercial negotiations and presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to make a significant impact within a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term growth strategy aligned with expansion plans.
• Identify and secure high-value new business opportunities across FMCG, retail and consumer goods.
• Lead negotiations and onboarding of new clients.
• Manage pipeline across UK markets.
• Provide market insights to shape strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with CEO and SLT on commercial direction.
