Peak 21 is seeking a Head of Growth for a high-growth D2C baby brand, with the remit to drive $24M to $75M in four years. You will own the full DTC/Shopify growth engine, scale paid channels, and relentlessly optimize funnels, offers, and landing pages.

You will mentor and work closely with founders, owning experiments, budgets, and a data-driven growth P&L. London-based or remote with overlap is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid, hands-on experience in growth/performance marketing or e-commerce for D2C brands.
• AI native: use AI as a daily force multiplier for creative, copy, landing pages, and reporting.
• You are a doer, not a delegator; you craft strategy and creative.

Responsabilités

• Own the full DTC/Shopify growth engine and hit the 100% YoY channel target.
• Scale Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels profitably with new angles and audiences.
• Lead concepting, briefing, and iteration on ads and variations to maximize conversions.
• Build and optimize high-converting landing pages, funnels, and offers; run ads, LPs, and offers.
• Run structured experiments across creative, offers, audiences, and pages.
• Own KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, AOV, contribution margin and tell data-driven stories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ops, creative production, email/SMS, and wholesale teams; manage DTC growth P&L.
• Help build and lead a small high-output growth team or network of specialists.
