C2 Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an established consumer brand to appoint an Ecommerce Director. This senior role owns ecommerce strategy, commercial performance and the P&L, leading a high-performing team across Marketing, Retail, Product, Operations and Technology.

You will identify growth opportunities, optimise conversions, drive customer acquisition and retention, and ensure profitable online growth with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Significant ecommerce leadership experience within a consumer-facing brand.
• Ownership of online revenue, targets and profitability.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce P&L, margin and profitability.
• Evidence of delivering meaningful online growth.
• Excellent knowledge of trading, conversion and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of CRM, retention and the customer journey.
• Experience leading and developing ecommerce teams.
• Ability to use data to make better commercial decisions.
• Experience working with a senior leadership team.
• Experience in retail, fashion, footwear, sports or multi-channel consumer brands.
