Job summary

tml Partners is seeking an immediately available Channel Marketing Manager to lead partner marketing across European markets from a remote UK base. You will bridge regional sales leaders and partner account managers to drive measurable pipeline through co-marketing campaigns, MDF governance, and compelling asset development.

You will assess proposals, track ROI, and ensure GDPR compliance while collaborating cross-functionally to align on partner pipelines and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Experience working in international B2B tech or software businesses.
• Solid understanding of European markets and partner ecosystems.
• Experience overseeing marketing funds (MDF), evaluating proposals, processing claims, and tracking ROI.
• Strong cross-functional communication with sales teams and data-driven demand generation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and execute high impact partner marketing strategies.
• Nurture relationships with European channel partners and provide ready-to-go campaigns, digital assets and GTM best practices.
• Guide partners in delivering end-to-end co-marketing programs.
