Job summary

Optro, London-based, seeks a Senior Manager, EMEA Partner Marketing to lead programmatic partner marketing across the region. You will drive partner-led growth by managing demand generation with advisory firms, resellers, and hyperscalers, in close collaboration with Alliances, Regional Marketing and Regional Sales teams.

You will own regional plans, enablement, assets, activations, and events, building measurable pipeline and revenue through partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Partner Marketing or related fields (B2B SaaS).
• Hands-on experience with partner demand generation campaigns.
• Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills.
• Portfolio of partner- and customer-facing content across technologies.
• Proven ability to design and lead campaigns delivering pipeline and revenue.
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Design annual and quarterly marketing strategy with EMEA partner accounts.
• Own the EMEA partner marketing plan and measure results.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and sales to align GTM plans.
• Execute partner demand levers to contribute to pipeline and revenue.
• Increase engagement with alliances, VARs, solution providers, and partners.
• Educate internal teams on partner requirements to hit pipeline targets.
• Develop regional partnership narratives and joint value propositions.
• Serve as strategic partner for EMEA Alliances Managers and align with Sales.
