Job summary

Gentex Corporation in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Channel Manager to grow our reseller network across Eastern Europe within the Ground EMEA team. Qualifications

Proven experience in defence industry with channel management or sales.
Minimum five years in channel management, sales or marketing.
Track record delivering against sales targets.
Ability to work with international contacts and English communication.
Willingness to travel frequently across the region.

Responsibilities

Manage existing resellers and identify, onboard and develop new channel partners across Eastern Europe.
Work with partners on business plans, sales targets and forecasts, and monitor performance against them.
Equip reseller teams with product knowledge, sales support and technical guidance.
Build relationships with partners, integrators and end users, including military, government and law enforcement contacts.
Track procurement programmes, market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider EMEA team.
Work with internal sales, marketing and support teams to resolve issues and deliver responsive customer service.
Represent Gentex at defence exhibitions, partner events and industry briefings.
