Brandon James, a flexible compliance consultancy, is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to join a growing team in the United Kingdom. You will have full autonomy to organise your calendar and work within a wider group of experienced Principal Designers, handling large-scale projects across sectors such as new-build commercial, healthcare, complex residential and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will mitigate risk in design, conduct site audits when required, collate Pre-Construction

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as CDM Principal Designer/Advisor.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
• TechIOSH Membership.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate risk within design stage.
• Conduct site audits when required.
• Collate Pre-Construction Information, review Construction Phase Plans and manage the H&S file toward handover to the Principal Contractor.
